We newbies, are oriented to know the do's and don'ts of the work place and what are our duties. Our department are quite small compared to wards in manila where I have been exposed to, but workload was a new thing for me since I haven't been into practice for sometime. But work was made easier because of the work environment and - a big plus-, my colleagues, they've been very welcoming!.

The welcoming
Early 2011, to be exact Feb 1, 2011, I started my duty at Negros Oriental Provincial Hospital.Initial reaction?, well its intense nervousness and the thing that bothered me that day was the what we call "Language barrier" or has it been a barrier after all.
Negros Oriental Provincial Hospital was once under the Department
of Health, but had been devolved and is now run by the Negros Oriental
Provincial Government. It is located in Real St., Dumaguete City.
